Meta bills your business directly for WhatsApp, at Meta's rates. None of it goes through us, and your Frictionless plan never limits how many messages you receive.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets the full Growth plan free for 14 days. No card needed. At the end, pick a plan or stay on Free.
Do you charge per person?
No. You pay per workspace, and each plan comes with a set number of team members: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth and as many as you need on Business.
What is the founding price?
The first 50 businesses to pay for Growth get it at ₦45,000 ($39) a month instead of ₦65,000 ($49), kept for 12 months from their first payment, renewals included. We email you before it ends.
How do I pay?
By card in naira or dollars, or by bank transfer in naira. Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free. With a saved card, your plan renews by itself and we email you before every charge.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing stops. You get a week to pay while everything keeps working. After that the workspace moves to Free. No messages or customers are ever deleted.
Are WhatsApp's charges included?
No. Meta bills your business directly for WhatsApp messages, at Meta's rates. Customers messaging you is free, and your first 1,000 replies a month per number are free too.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Billing. Cancelling stops renewal, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What does Business include?
Everything in Growth, with unlimited team members, higher API limits, and dedicated support and onboarding for your team. Pricing depends on your team and volume, so talk to us.
