Yes. Every new workspace gets every feature free for 14 days, no card needed. At the end, choose a plan to keep replying. If you don't, your inbox becomes read-only: customers' messages still arrive and nothing is deleted, and you can reply again as soon as you choose a plan.
No. You pay per workspace, and each plan comes with a set number of team members: 1 on Solo, 3 on Starter, 8 on Growth, 20 on Pro and as many as you need on Business.
X charges for every message sent and received through its API, so each plan includes some: 250 a month on Growth, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Business. They reset on the 1st. Need more? Buy 500 for ₦15,000 or 1,500 for ₦40,000 in Billing; bought messages never expire. If you run out, X pauses until you buy more or the month resets, and nothing is lost: the messages stay in your X app.
By card in naira or dollars, or by bank transfer in naira. Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free. With a saved card, your plan renews by itself and we email you before every charge.
